Don't like oven cleaning feature

We purchased this electrical stove with the aqualift self-cleaning oven for our new home.. I've repeated the cleaning process twice & my oven is still not cleaned..I'm not impressed with this new technology..

Unhappy 27 1/24/2018

I bought this stove in November 2017. Looks great however i spilled something in oven ran aqualift cycle twice scrub with the cleaning sponge they supplied and it did not remove stain. Now i am stuck. I would not recommend this product. I made call to Whirlpool staff was really nice but not able to do anything other than document. Who has time to scrub oven today.
